Northpointe communities have approached our subdivision regarding using a part of our easement on Trophy Club Drive to tie into the waste lift station located in our community.   The information contained in the links are from Gwinnett County Water Resources and Engineers who have certified that the station has the capacity to accommodate the number of estimated homes for the newly planned community of sixty-two (62) homes. Gwinnett County has reviewed the waste lift station and will continue to maintain this station.  Del Mar Club is not responsible for maintenance of this station.
