Information regarding pool opening
The Pool opens June 26, 2020. Pool waivers are due no later than June 22, 2020 to obtain pool access for the scheduled opening on Friday, June 26th. Please email your waiver to Christin Teasley at email@example.com. Fobs will be active as of Thursday, June 25th. Any waivers turned in after the deadline could experience delay with their fob being activated.
Please note that you must be current on your assessments to use the amenities. If you need assistance with your account balance, or obtaining a fob, please call our Client Service Department at 404-907-2112, Option 1.
If you did not receive an email from Beacon, please check to ensure your correct email is on file.
The pool will be opening on Friday, June 26th.
Due to COVID-19, no pool furniture will be accessible at this time. Each homeowner will be required to bring your own chairs and will be responsible for wiping down your own sitting area.
Due to COVID-19, the pool will only be accessible to homeowners and your children. No outside guest(s) will be allowed at this time. (Subject to change in the future)
Pool hours will be from 11:00 am – 9:00 p.m. There will be a full-time monitor at the pool during operating hours.
Pool fob will be activated on Thursday, June 25th. Homeowners can test out your fobs on this day to make sure they are active and working, so that issues can be reported. Please call 404-907-2112, Option 1 if you experience any issues with your fob.
