Community Updates

Greetings Neighbors,

We hope that everyone is staying safe, healthy and practicing social distancing. Our community updates are as follows:


Community Amenities - Due to COVID 19 all amenities will remain closed until further notice. As we know, each day can bring different announcements about the virus. We will do our best to keep you informed. We are seeking the advice of counsel, prior to opening our amenities in an attempt to determine the safest and most effective way to allow homeowners to enjoy these areas while maintaining social distancing. The Association will not place anyone in harm’s way and must consider the potential liability factor as well. We are continuing to get pools swim ready as we wait for permission to open. We will continue to provide updates as changes occur. If you are a homeowner and are not receiving emails from Beacon Management, please contact our community manager Ashley Grannum agrannum@beaconmanagementservices.com and she will assist you with updating your contact information.

Our Graduates - Congratulations to all our Del Mar Graduates. We know that this is an uncertain time for you, but great things are in store. We wish you much success in your journey.


Reporting Issues - Violations or issues with common areas should be reported to our community manager Ashley Grannum via email agrannum@beaconmanagementservices.com. Homeowners are encouraged to submit photos or location/address of the issue. You can also use the report issues link at the top of the website.

Street Lights Remember issues with street lights should be reported to GA Power, you will need pole number and cross street. https://www.georgiapower.com/community/outages-and-stormcenter/power-outage-overview/street-light-outage.html


Yard Sale - Due to Covid-19, Community Yard sale is currently on hold.


Architectural Requests - All outside changes require approval by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before starting work. Requests can be submitted via Vanatca Beacon Portal, if you do not have an account please sign up for one at https://www.beaconmanagementservices.com/vantaca-information/.


Violations - If you have received a violation notice, please do not ignore it. Repeat violations may be submit to fines.
