Pool Opening - Pool will open May 23, fobs will be activated for homeowners in good standing May 22. Homeowners are encouraged to check fobs May 23 & 24 at the pool gate. If you have access issue email Christin Gresham

Tennis Courts - repair of access control is scheduled this month, until repairs are complete homeowners requiring access should email Gail Lupo glupo@beaconmanagementservices.com for access to combination code.

Graduation Banner - Congratulations to all our Del Mar Graduates. A reusable community banner has been installed this year.

Reporting Issues - Violations or issues with common areas should be reported to our community manager Gail Lupo via email glupo@beaconmanagementservices.com. Homeowners are encouraged to submit photos or location/address of the issue.

Street Lights Remember issues with street lights should be reported to GA Power, they will ask for pole number and cross street.

During our community town hall Officer Ashley Wilson spoke about personal safety .
