Information from Last Meeting
We are actively searching for a new management company, however in the mean time we have asked for a new manager from HMS. The board decided that it is within the best interest of the community to move forward with this change due to ongoing issues with lack of communication, lack of follow up and enforcement of community covenants and regulations. In addition the price of service has increased therefore we are in search of a management company that has all of the services the community needs at a reasonable rate.

The pool will open on May 19, 2018 hours are 9 am - 9pm. If you have received wristbands please email email@example.com or you can attend one of the designated distribution days May 14, 15, 16 from 6 pm - 7:30 pm. Pool rules and other information is located here
Our current board members are Vertta Moody & Marsha McKnight. During the March meeting, there were no candidates nominated for the board of the directors. A few individuals volunteered, therefore we will call special meeting to elect from the members that volunteered and anyone who is interested in serving. If you would like to be nominated and have your name placed on the ballot please email your information to firstname.lastname@example.org. Members must be in good standing with no fines or violations. Information regarding this special election will be sent by mail, email and posted on our website.
There has been a lot of discrepancy with enforcement of our covenant and what homeowners think is stated in our covenant. If you have lost a copy of your covenant you can download one by clicking here. HMS should enforce all of our covenant and standards. including all exterior changes and modifications. If you have made a modification without prior approval please download a modification form and submit to HMS for processing. Enforcement of covenants and standards will keep our community uniform and uphold our property values. Our new manager has been advised to follow our community standards and covenant.
Russell Landscaping Company is our new landscaping vendor. The board has approved modifications to entrances to clean up beds and install seasonal color. This will be an ongoing project which could possibly take a few years to revamp areas that are overgrown. Click here for a mock up of the entrances.
