Easement Update

A special meeting was called in 2017 to discuss proposal that would allow sewer easement to a developer that would like to build a community adjacent to Del Mar. The vote from the community would allow the Board of Directors to proceed with a real estate transaction to allow easement for $25, 000.

In Favor: 51

Not In Favor: 8

In April of 2018 the board of directors officially closed on the use of easement deal to allow Northpointe Communities access for easement use. All proceed will be paid after the transaction has completed. The board of directors will provide more information during our townhall meeting,
